Dual Alnico V Humbuckers with 5 Way Switching

Equipped with VH5 Alnico V humbucking pickups, the RSS20 delivers a wide tonal range from warm and punchy rhythm tones to articulate lead sounds. The five position pickup selector introduces subtle phase shifted sounds in positions two and four, offering a fresh take on the classic in between tones while maintaining clarity and musical balance.

Passive Focus Switch Versatility

The push pull tone control activates Yamaha’s passive Focus Switch, delivering a powerful tonal shift without the need for active electronics.
