Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products and services.

6. Repair, Setup, and Custom Service Disclaimer
Repair services, custom setups, PLEK services, pickup installations, electronic modifications, and other instrument services involve permanent or semi-permanent alterations and are performed based on customer-provided information and instrument condition.
All repair and custom services are non-refundable once work has begun. We do not guarantee specific tonal results, playability preferences, or subjective outcomes.
Instruments may have pre-existing conditions not visible during intake. We are not responsible for failures due to structural issues, prior repairs, material fatigue, or manufacturer defects discovered during or after service.
Customers are responsible for verifying instrument condition and specifications before authorizing work. Shipping damage or carrier loss is governed by the carrier’s policies.
7. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Restrictions may apply to orders using the same account, payment method, or address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly as needed.

We may provide access to third-party tools or services “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
