Five Star Guitars is committed to shipping orders securely and reliably. Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

Five Star Guitars ships orders within the continental United States (CONUS) only.

We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within one to two business days.

Orders requiring additional preparation, including setup adjustments, modifications, or PLEK Station services, may require additional processing time prior to shipment. Estimated timelines may vary depending on service scope and order volume.

Carriers and Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS or USPS, depending on the item, destination, and service requirements.

Carrier selection and service level are determined at checkout or based on order characteristics, such as size, value, or insurance requirements.

Insurance and Packaging

All shipments from Five Star Guitars are fully insured for their purchase value.

Instruments and gear are professionally packed to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Guitars and basses are secured in cases or protective packaging and boxed with appropriate padding appropriate to the item and carrier requirements.

Signature Requirement

An adult signature is required for delivery on all orders over $100.00.

This requirement helps ensure secure delivery and protects both the customer and Five Star Guitars from loss or theft. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once an order ships, tracking information is provided via email.

Delivery timelines vary based on carrier service, destination, and external factors such as weather or carrier delays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the shipment. All shipments are insured, and Five Star Guitars will assist customers with initiating insurance claims when applicable.

Delivery Issues and Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or there is a delivery issue, customers must contact Five Star Guitars promptly upon delivery.

Please retain all original packaging materials and documentation, as they may be required for carrier inspection or insurance claims.
