Yamaha Chris Buck Signature Revstar Electric Guitar Honey Gold with Gig Bag

The Yamaha Chris Buck Signature Revstar: Vintage Bite Meets Modern Refinement

Chris Buck Signature Revstar in Honey Gold

Chris Buck has a way of making every note count, and his signature Yamaha Revstar is built to deliver that same expressive character. Finished in Honey Gold, this guitar pairs classic cafe racer inspired styling with modern construction and a seriously versatile voice. From articulate cleans to singing overdrive, this Revstar is all about dynamics, feel, and musical personality.

Chambered Mahogany Body with Maple Top

Yamaha's Acoustic Design process gives the Chris Buck Revstar a chambered mahogany body with a maple top, delivering a resonant, balanced response in a comfortable double cutaway design. The mahogany provides warmth and richness while the maple adds definition and clarity. The result is a guitar that feels lively and responsive, whether you're digging into chords or letting single notes hang.

Custom VP5 Pickups with Vintage P90 Tone

The custom voiced VP5 pickups feature Alnico III magnets and deliver that wonderful combination of single coil clarity and muscular midrange punch. Clean tones are open and articulate with plenty of chime, while pushing an amp into overdrive brings out a thick, vocal quality with just the right amount of bite. Roll back the volume and the guitar cleans up beautifully, making it easy to move between sweet, expressive passages and gritty leads.

Carbon Reinforced Mahogany Neck and Stainless Steel Frets

The three piece mahogany set neck features carbon reinforcement for added stability, while the 12 inch radius rosewood fingerboard and 22 jumbo stainless steel frets make bending and vibrato feel effortless. The comfortable Revstar neck profile and double cutaway body provide excellent access across the fingerboard. It's a thoughtful combination of traditional feel and modern playability that suits Chris Buck's fluid, expressive style.

TonePros Hardware and Signature Appointments

A TonePros wraparound bridge provides a solid foundation for sustain and tuning stability, complemented by reliable die cast tuners. Custom fingerboard inlays, amber hat knobs, and Chris Buck's signature on the back of the headstock complete the package. The Honey Gold finish ties everything together with understated elegance. This is a guitar with plenty of personality, but the real magic happens when you plug it in.
