Roasted pine offers a unique tonal resonance, the first thing we noticed was how loud this guitar was unplugged. As you can imagine things only got better when we plugged it in. Chords ring out with aplomb in the first position and single notes have plenty of weight all the way up the neck. This guitar goes! The 60s Vibe neck profile provides comfortable familiarity that feels great in every position, not too big not too small. At a mere 6.61 lbs it's nice and light, and sits equally well on a strap or on your lap. Thanks to the Buzz Feiten tuning system, even the tightest chord clusters ring true all the way up the neck.

Outfitted with VA7R and VA7 single coils plus a TV3 bridge pickup, the Icon Classic excels across genres. The 5-way switch with 3-knob control gives you immediate access to a wide range of tones, from articulate mids to that unmistakable chime in the neck and middle positions. Position 3 even blends neck and bridge pickups, unlocking tones that most traditional wiring schemes overlook.
