The Dream '65 is built for players who love the sound and response of a classic American 1 x 12 inch tube combo but would rather not drag one everywhere they go. Universal Audio gives you three amp modes covering the stock voice plus Lead and D Tex variations, making the pedal capable of moving from sparkling clean sounds into increasingly muscular overdrive. The Boost control changes character with the selected amp mode, so it is considerably more useful than simply adding more volume.

Classic Spring Reverb and Vibrato Effects

There is more going on here than amp simulation. Built in spring reverb and vibrato put two essential sounds of the era right under your foot. The result is a remarkably complete guitar rig in a pedal, with enough control to dial in everything from big, open clean sounds to saturated blues and rock tones without assembling a pile of individual effects.

Speaker Cabinet and Room Modeling

Three speaker, cabinet and microphone options let you change the character of the Dream '65 without changing the fundamental personality that makes it so appealing. Universal Audio also incorporates Dynamic Room Modeling to recreate the sense of a miked amplifier interacting with a room rather than leaving you with the flat, disconnected quality that can plague less sophisticated direct guitar setups.

UAFX App Presets and Performance Control

The Dream '65 also offers Bluetooth connectivity for the UAFX app along with USB MIDI compatibility and USB C connectivity. The app provides additional editing and preset capabilities, while the pedal supports recallable presets and multiple footswitch performance modes. There is also a 4 cable mode that can bypass an amplifier's preamp while the Dream '65 is engaged, opening up some seriously useful possibilities for players who want to combine their existing amplifier with the pedal.
