Gibson Les Paul Custom 70s Construction
The Les Paul Custom 70s pulls together some of the defining features from one of Gibson's most experimental eras. A solid mahogany body is capped with 3 pieces of maple, while the maple neck features a 70s profile and headstock volute. An ebony fingerboard, block inlays, and 5 ply binding complete the unmistakable Custom recipe.
T Type Humbucker Tone
A calibrated pair of T type pickups delivers a dynamic response with clarity, bite, and strong note separation. Alnico V magnets contribute a brighter, more immediate attack, while the familiar 2 volume and 2 tone control layout provides plenty of room to shape each pickup. The pickup covers have been removed and are not included.
Ebony Fingerboard and 70s Neck Profile
The maple neck is paired with a 12 inch radius ebony fingerboard and 22 medium jumbo frets for a combination that invites big bends and confident fretting. A 24.75 inch scale length keeps the playing feel familiar, while the volute reinforces the distinctly 70s inspired construction.
Pre Owned Condition and Modifications
This guitar shows moderate cosmetic wear consistent with regular use, with all cosmetic damage documented in the photoset. The pickguard has been removed but is included with the guitar. The original knobs have been replaced with black speed knobs, and the original knobs are also included. The pickup covers have been removed and are not included.
Gibson Les Paul Custom Hardware
An aluminum Nashville Tune O Matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece anchor the strings, with Grover Keystone tuners and a Graph Tech nut completing the hardware package. The guitar includes its hardshell case, original pickguard, original knobs, and case candy.
