The EarthQuaker Devices Arpanoid is designed for players looking to explore new sonic dimensions. Eight Modes of Harmonized Movement

An 8-position mode selector maps your signal across major and minor tonal landscapes. You can shift from -1 octave up to +1 octave, or even let randomness reign with generative patterns. The direction toggle allows sequences to ascend, descend, or do both in a looping cycle. Combine these options with the Step and Rate knobs to set your rhythmic and melodic intentions—whether pulsing, stuttering, or cascading, the Arpanoid is endlessly versatile.

Dual-Level Control and Expression

With separate Wet and Dry level controls, players can blend processed and unprocessed tones to taste. Unity gain sits around noon for both, but pushing or pulling the levels allows everything from subtle harmonic flourishes to full-on synth-style transformations. The analog dry path ensures tonal integrity, while the digital wet path provides glitch-free fidelity in the effect signal.

Flexi-Switch Operation for On-the-Fly Creativity

EarthQuaker’s Flexi-Switch technology gives you both momentary and latching control of the effect. Tap once to engage and again to disengage, or hold the switch for temporary bursts of arpeggiated action. Whether you want the Arpanoid on full time or just sprinkled in for dramatic effect, the interface is designed for expressive play.

Built for the Road, Born in Akron

This 2016 model shows light wear on the housing, consistent with age, but is fully functional and ready to inspire. Like all EarthQuaker Devices pedals, it was handmade in Akron, Ohio. It includes the original box, bag, and manual, no power supply is included.
