Unique Modulation and Rhythmic Movement

At its core, Pads combines a long decay reverb with a four voice chorus that softens different harmonic elements before sending the signal into a uniquely voiced square wave tremolo. The result is a constantly shifting wash of ambient character that can range from subtle movement to deeply cinematic textures. The Pulse Width Modulation control allows the tremolo to create rhythmic accents that remain musical within a mix, while more extreme settings deliver dramatic stutter effects that seem to suspend your notes in space.

Feedback controls the length of the reverb trail and can even push the pedal into oscillation at its highest settings depending on your input signal. Mix adjusts the balance between your dry signal and the ambient effect, from completely dry to fully wet.
