The Kernom Ridge is a complete reimagining of what analog dirt can be. Built around Kernom’s exclusive Analog Morphing Core, the Ridge gives players real-time access to a whole spectrum of overdrive textures, all in one pedal. The centerpiece is the MOOD control, a sweeping analog-morphing knob that reshapes clipping behavior, from soft and transparent to aggressive and harmonically rich.

MOOD Control and Intuitive Tone Sculpting

Six interactive knobs define your tone: Volume, Drive, Pre Tone, Post Tone, Mid, and Mood. Pre and Post Tone offer independent shaping on either side of the gain stage, while Mid lets you boost or cut your midrange by up to 20 dB—perfect for pushing through a mix or scooping your sound. Whether you're after subtle breakup, classic crunch, or full-stack saturation, Ridge delivers.

Under the hood, the Ridge is analog through and through, but with thoughtful modern features: onboard preset saving and recall, full MIDI control, and an expression input for sweeping any parameter. A dedicated toggle switches between standard and "Punishing Voltage" mode, feeding your op-amps with up to 30 volts of internal headroom for massive dynamics and punch.
