Vintage Spec with Handcrafted Quality
 
As with all Gabriel Guitars pickups, each JTK50 is stagger wound and hand-assembled with care. They are built using staggered Alnico 5 magnet slugs and 42-gauge copper wire, carefully wound to an average resistance of approximately 5.8K. This classic formula gives them a slightly lower output than modern pickups, keeping things articulate and responsive. They’re then fully potted in 100% paraffin wax, to eliminate microphonics and keep noise at bay. Expect excellent clarity with dynamic sensitivity that reveals every nuance of your playing.
