The Benson Bellringer 1x12 Combo builds upon the revered Chimera circuit while introducing a unique Power Scaling feature for enhanced versatility. This innovative circuit utilizes a 6L6 tube as a variable voltage regulator, allowing players to dial the amp from its full 35-watt output down to just 1 watt. The result is the dynamic response, sag, and harmonic richness of a cranked amp at any volume level—perfect for both stage and studio.

EL34 Power with Handwired Craftsmanship

Departing from the Chimera’s quad 6V6 setup, the Bellringer runs on a pair of EL34 power tubes, delivering a bold, harmonically rich tone with smooth breakup and excellent clarity. The amp features point-to-point handwired construction, a custom Sours transformer set, and high-quality Mallory 150 capacitors for pure, responsive tone. Housed in a dovetailed pine cabinet and loaded with a Benson Custom 30 ceramic speaker, the Bellringer offers both durability and premium sound quality.
