The Bobcat Cub starts with an Okoume all-tone wood body, known for its excellent resonance and tonal qualities. The neck is crafted from mahogany and paired with a rosewood fingerboard, available in Blackheart or Ziricote. The short scale length of 24 3/4 inches ensures comfortable playability and a unique tonal character. The top-mounted bridge and tailpiece design provide a more centered projection and a softer spring to the low-end strings, enhancing overall playability and sustain.

The Bobcat Cub features the revolutionary A-Wedgie neck joint, an exclusive design by Anderson. This fully enclosed, three-dimensional trapezoidal wedge structure locks the body and neck together without traditional neck bolts, ensuring maximum stability and sustain. The guitar's neck profile, known as the 62 Pete, offers a comfortable feel, with dimensions ranging from .815 inches at the first fret to .940 inches at the 12th fret.
