Condition Notes – Cosmetic Wear with Minor Dings

This 2021 Taylor 312ce 12-Fret is in very good condition and plays beautifully, but it does show signs of use. There are visible scuffs on the 5th and 7th frets on the fretboard, along with corresponding marks on the treble side of the neck at the same positions, and a similar scuff near the 8th fret on the bass side. A scratch is present on the neck heel, along with a scuff on the bottom bass side of the guitar body. There is also a dent and a scratch on the treble side of the lower bout. Additionally, the back of the body shows cosmetic wear around a previously installed strap button. None of these issues affect playability or structural integrity. Frets are clean, the neck is comfortable, and the setup is solid straight out of the included case.
